+How does remote collaboration work?
We run on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or WhatsApp for calls, Figma for design review, and shared cloud folders for files. You get a weekly progress update and a single point of contact — the founder — throughout the project.
+Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Yes. We currently deliver to clients across Africa, Europe, and North America. Pricing is quoted in USD for international clients and NGN for Nigerian clients.
+What if I need revisions?
Every project includes at least one structured revision round per major deliverable. Additional rounds are billed at a transparent hourly rate agreed up front — never surprise invoices.
+Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive material is shared. Send your template or use ours.
+How long does a typical project take?
Launch projects ship in 2–4 weeks. Scale projects run 4–10 weeks depending on scope. Retainer engagements are ongoing with monthly deliverables.
+How do I pay?
International clients pay by USD bank transfer or Stripe. Nigerian clients pay by NGN bank transfer or Paystack. Projects start with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on delivery.
