We rely on managed hosting and backend services for infrastructure security (network, servers, database hardening, platform patches). 9FIGDESIGNS TECH is responsible for the app code, content, configuration, and how customer data submitted on this site is handled.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions, booking requests, and payment flows travel over encrypted connections between your browser and our backend.

When you submit the contact, assessment, or booking forms we store the details you provide (such as name, email, company, and any project information you choose to share) so we can respond to you. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we store only the reference and status needed to reconcile bookings.

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, contact replies) are sent from hello.9figdesigns.tech using authenticated sending (SPF/DKIM). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any message we send.

We use a minimal set of cookies required for the site to function. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

We keep submission and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and meet basic record-keeping. You can email hello@9figdesigns.tech to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
